How it works.
Same pump.fun curve, graduation and liquidity. Bouncer changes who deploys, what gets in, and who stands in block 0.
The door is locked until it opens.
Every coin goes out as one bundle signed by the door wallet: the create and the bouncer's buy land together, in order, in the same block, or not at all. The bundle goes only to block engines, never to the public RPC, and the coin's address stays sealed until it is on chain. Every coin page shows how many outside buys made it into block 0, read from the chain.
One door wallet.
The same wallet creates every coin. No per-coin dev wallet, nothing in the create for a dev to dump. Same creator on every Bouncer coin, so originals are provable on any terminal.
Fake IDs get bounced.
Before anything is signed, the ticker and name are folded to one form: case, spaces, Cyrillic and Greek lookalikes and leetspeak all collapse. $P3PE, $pepe, $PЕPE and $P E P E are the same ticker. Names one letter away are refused, and copied pictures are caught by a perceptual hash. The check covers coins opened here.
The bouncer.
With no dev bag, block 1 is free money for bots. So the door wallet buys 2% of supply inside the create bundle, watches the curve every 250 ms, and sells the whole 2% into the first outside buy. If nobody comes in 2.5 seconds, it sells back into the curve. Bouncer pays for it, not you. If the door wallet is low or busy guarding 3 other openings, a launch goes out without the bouncer and its page says so.
Creator fees keep the lights on.
The door wallet is every coin's creator on pump, so pump pays each coin's creator fee to Bouncer. That keeps the cover at 0.035 SOL and pays for the bouncer. One claim every 5 minutes collects it for every coin at once.
Your first buy waits for the bouncer.
A first buy is optional and comes from your own wallet, signed right after the bouncer has left, so you are never in block 0 and the bouncer never sells into you. Bouncer won't build a founder buy past 10% of supply while the coin is on its curve.
Headcount.
Every coin page reads its holders from the chain: the founder's bag, the top 10, who bought in the first four blocks, and wallets first funded by the same wallet. Exchange hot wallets fund everyone, so they don't count as links. Linked wallets are found one step back, so a clean headcount is evidence, not proof.
Holders can tell the door.
Only holders, once per coin, signed by the wallet, weighted by the bag, after holding for 15 minutes. When 5 holders with 5% of supply between them agree, the coin is 86'd and so is its founder's wristband. A rival has to hold a real piece to do it.
Refunds are automatic.
If Solana doesn't take a launch after 4 tries or 10 minutes, the exact 0.035 SOL goes back to the wallet that paid. Every try uses the same coin address, so a launch can never land twice, and a refund only goes out once every try has expired.
Wristbands.
They climb with every coin that bonds clean. Any flag in your last 5 coins swaps your band for 86'd. Fresh wallets start at New, so nobody washes an old record.
The numbers.
The fine print.
- Anyone can still copy a ticker directly on pump.fun. Every original opened here has the door wallet as its creator; copies don't.
- Block 1 can't be sealed by anyone. The bouncer makes sniping it a losing trade, not an impossible one.
- What the bouncer makes off snipers stays with Bouncer. When none come, Bouncer eats pump's fees on the round trip.
- The server holds the door wallet's key. It only signs launches, bouncer sales, exact refunds and fee claims.
- pump.fun's own takeover (CTO) admin can hand any pump coin's creator fees to someone else. Bouncer can't stop that.
- The founder cap covers buys Bouncer builds. You hold your key, so it isn't enforced on chain; the headcount shows what you hold.
- A flag stays on its coin for good. A wristband only looks at a founder's last 5 coins.
- Memecoins can go to zero. Bouncer makes openings fairer. It doesn't make coins go up.
